ASA supports Northamptonshire County Councils workshop

On Wednesday 2 September ASA supported Northamptonshire County Councils workshop “Improving Surface Water through Planning in Northamptonshire”.  

Bronwyn Buntine (Kent), ASA Chair provided a Chair’s address and ASA Executive Members, Paul Maddison (Wakefield) and Vikki Keeble (Buckingshamshire) supported workshop discussions.

Over 90 stakeholders from district councils, consultants and developers attended to listen to informative presentations on SuDS, trees, highway issues and workshop issues with standards for applications.  It resulted in very engaging discussions and identification of some key issues but also promotion of some innovative solutions.
